Gladstone Quick Measure Gauge
This stainless steel measuring gauge measures 4-1/4" x 2" x 1/32" and fits easily in a shirt pocket. It is truly a multifunctional gauge and every woodworker will find many uses for it in the shop. There are 14 steps cut in all sides measuring 1/8" to 1" in 1/16" increments; there is also a 23/32" measurement for checking the thickness of cabinet grade plywood. The depth of each step is more than half it's width in every case. Now woodturners can quickly measure the diameter of spindles they are turning. Commercially available dowels can be sized easily using this new gauge. Cabinet makers will find this very useful while planing or cutting a board to desire thickness. Sizes of mortises and tenons can also be measured quickly by using this gauge.
